Unifore and The Office Operators launch property company – UTOO

Property investment firm Unifore Real Estate and flexible office provider The Office Operators have jointly founded a property company known as UTOO.

UTOO is to focus on the acquisition, optimisation and development of modern and progressive office buildings and complexes in the Netherlands and possibly further afield. In cooperation with the market, it will endeavour to provide premises that adequately comply with both parties’ visions: future-proof properties which are to offer both flexibility and an ample range of facilities.

In his initial reaction, Sipke Feenstra of The Office Operators pointed out that this initiative is a logical consequence of the flex provider’s increasing maturity. Mr Feenstra continued: “The increase in demand for our product is exponential. In order to provide a combination of the various flexible customer requirements and a product that is much better suited to their wishes, it is important that we adequately manage the entire product chain of an operational workplace.”

Unifore Real Estate’s representative, Jeroen van Spaendonck added: “The cooperation between our companies makes for incredible reciprocity, which should enable us to develop an office product that seamlessly meets the rapidly changing needs of the future office user, whose core values include not only a favourable location, but also flexibility, service and quality.”

Officially launched on 1 March, the new firm looks forward to announcing its first acquisition in the near future.
