Unifore sells Riverside building #4 to a local developer

In September 2018, in joint venture with Signal Capital, Unifore acquired the Riverside Offices complex as part of a larger office portfolio. The Riverside Offices complex consists of four characteristic neighboring office buildings, situated at business parc Rivium (Capelle aan den IJssel) along the Maas. Now, 8 months later, Unifore has successfully sold the vacant building #4 to a Dutch developer. The building consists of approximately 8,523 SQM LFA plus 189 parking spaces and was sold for approx. € 13 million. The goal of the buyer is to demolish the existing structure and develop an ambitious residential scheme.

The municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel is investing heavily in the Rivium area. With the developments on the Schaardijk where the self-driving park shuttle will stop, a stop for the Dordrecht – Rotterdam water bus will be established, an electric bicycle (Go-Bike) location will arrive and a park + ride facility is planned, this area is very much on the rise.
