Isolectra B.V. leases 887 sq.m. of office space in the World Port Center (WPC) office building in Rotterdam.

Unifore Real Estate and JLL have signed a new long-term lease with Isolectra B.V. on behalf of World Port Center Propco B.V. in office building World Port Center (WPC), located on Wilhelminakade 955 in Rotterdam. As from next month, Isolectra B.V. will start using approx. 887 sq.m. of office space on the 28th floor.

The WPC office building with the most beautiful view of Rotterdam, still has a number of available high-quality office floors of approx. 1,450 sq.m. for rent.

The building has a number of facilities such as a company restaurant, coffee corner and meeting facilities. At the end of summer the total ground floor will be renovated, the WPC will show that you can work in an ultra-modern and secured office building without sacrificing the open character. In addition, the elevators are currently being replaced and supplemented with a smart operating system and the parking garage will undergo a cosmetic metamorphosis.
Nice to mention that the WPC is on the list for BREEAM and WELL certification. Since the cooling capacity of the cooling systems will be delivered through the River Maas this year, we are happy to confirm this in our energy label.
