TIO signed a long-term lease agreement at WEENA 457 in Rotterdam

We are pleased to announce that Weena 457 in Rotterdam welcomes TIO to its building for the long term. TIO leases approximately 2,500 m2 in the single-tenant building next to the former Unilever head office on Weena. The lease marks the start of a new phase.

As of July 1, 2025, Weena 455 will undergo a large-scale renovation, more about this later!
