Unifore announces the launch of Club455

After successfully transforming and selling World Port Center in 2022, the iconic multi-tenant office building at the Kop van Zuid, Unifore proudly presents the launch of the turn-around of another trophy asset in Rotterdam. 

Since February 2023, Unifore has been the hands-on asset manager of Weena 455/457 in Rotterdam, the former single-tenant HQ of Unilever, and now it can proudly present Club455.

Club455 will be a multi-tenant office building meeting the highest standards, located in the heart of Rotterdam’s Central Business District (CBD). The look and feel of the building will undergo a complete transformation, designed by the renowned architecture firms V8 Architects and HofmanDujardin, ensuring future-proof work & meeting spaces with a strong focus on sustainability. Club455 will meet the highest ESG standards. The building will have a BREEAM Excellent in Use certification. It will be CRREM-compliant, with a minimum stranding year of 2040, ready for Paris Proof, and fully SFDR-compliant. In addition, it will offer a wide range of facilities ensuring a vibrant urban area. Works have started and as of Q2 2026, Club455 will offer a total lettable floor area of 22,500 m² available for lease.

Hollis has been appointed as project manager and will guide the renovation process. JLL and De Mik will act as the leasing agents for this prestigious project.
