Erik Dijkema Partner

Erik has 20+ years of experience in asset management focused on commercial real estate. He started his career at JLL in 1998. Starting at property management and after 2 years he joined the European leasing team of JLL. In 2002 he moved to Oppenheim Property Services as asset manager for the portfolio (at the time +1bln). After his experience as a leasing agent and asset manager for an institutional investor Erik moved in 2005 to Fortress (privately owned) where he became commercial responsible for the portfolio including investments. In 2011 he started Unifore Real Estate together with Jeroen van Spaendonck.
Erik holds a BA Business Economics degree from the HES in Rotterdam.
