Unifore successfully arranged lease with Buma Stemra in Hoofddorp

Buma Stemra will move early 2018 to the office building Azura in Hoofddorp. The agency representing the interests of composers, copywriters and music publishers has concluded a long-term lease agreement with Unifore, acting on behalf of the property owner MCAP Global Finance (Marathon). Buma Stemra will lease about 4,100 sqm of office space on the Saturnusstreet 40- 62, situated right next to the railway station.

End of 2016, Marathon acquired the Azura building, on the initiative of the asset manager Unifore, as part of the Mercury portfolio. Within just six months post-closing the building has already been leased up for 75%.

Before Buma Stemra will take office, the building will be completely refurbished. As part of these works, a complete new entrance will be created at the station side, which will serve as the gateway for its office area.

Landlord Marathon was advised by its asset manager Unifore in this lease transaction. Tenant Buma Stemra was advised by CBRE.
