Unifore/Bayside successfully sells Holland Office Center to Royal Properties Group

On behalf of the Royal Properties Group, Sebald bought the Holland Office Center (HOC) on the Kruisweg 789-829 in Hoofddorp. The seller is a joint venture of H.I.G. Bayside Capital and Unifore.

The HOC, built in 1986, consists of five interconnected buildings that together comprise approximately 11,800 sqm of office space and 396 parking spaces (ratio 1:30). The HOC is a multi-tenant complex with more than 25 tenants, including Sixt, MSC Cruises and Fashioncheque. Under the asset management of Unifore, several investments were made in the common areas while the occupancy rate increased to around 90%. The asset is strategically located next to the new ‘Hyde Park’ and is built on approximately 21,000 sqm of own land.
