Letting peak at Riverside Offices: 3,300+ sqm let by Unifore in past 6 months

Since the acquisition of the Rembrandt portfolio by the end of last year, over 3,300 m2 of office space has been leased to 7 different tenants in Riverside Offices.

Riverside Offices is an office complex consisting of 4 characteristic buildings (including 2 pavilions) at the business park Rivium, located on the banks of the Maas. Riverside Offices offers its users “shared services” such as: meeting rooms, catering, restaurant, flexible workplaces, etc. Also see www.riversideoffices.nl.

The new tenants are Solar Nederland, Anixter, C-Job, Acta Marine and Brush. It is remarkable that only Anixter has re-located within the Rivium business park, while the other 4 tenants have moved within the greater Rotterdam region. Existing tenants TWTG and Clever Strategy have expanded their office space.

The new leasing took place in Building I and Building II. The units were all delivered in a renovated state, which includes new ceilings, LED lighting, new toilet groups and a new climate control installation.
