Maas College Expands with New Office Space in Rotterdam

Educational institute Maas College is taking the next step in its growth by leasing 1,234 square meters of office space in the building at Oostplein 410 – 428 in Rotterdam. As of January 1, 2025, Maas College will occupy the first three floors of the building, owned by AQS NL Office Holding, known for its sustainability with an A+ energy label and BREEAM Excellent certification.

Oostplein, located near the center of Rotterdam, offers excellent accessibility and a vibrant atmosphere. The area is surrounded by a wide range of shops, restaurants, and cultural amenities and is easily accessible by both metro and tram. Additionally, drivers have quick access to major roads, making this location the ideal base for Maas College’s continued expansion.

Maas College provides accelerated vocational (mbo) programs and already operates locations in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Breda, and Rotterdam. With this new expansion, the educational institute strengthens its presence in the region and will be able to welcome even more students at its new office.

Colliers acted as an advisor to Unifore Real Estate, which is responsible for the asset management of the building on behalf of the landlord, AQS NL Office Holding.
