Signal Capital, Unifore and Capricorn successfully acquire Dutch office portfolio

Signal Capital is pleased to announce that, in cooperation with its local partners, Unifore Real Estate and Capricorn Capital Group, on behalf of its Signal Real Estate Opportunities Fund, it has successfully completed the acquisition of an 11 asset office portfolio of about 100,000 sqm in the Netherlands. Financial details are not disclosed.

Unifore Real Estate and Capricorn Capital Group are co-investors in the transaction and they will act as joint asset managers.
