Unifore Real Estate sells Meubelboulevard in Leiderdorp

Unifore Real Estate, in cooperation with its adviser Colliers, has sold its 6 shops in the Meubelboulevard in Leiderdorp to Meerdervoort. The stores have a size of approx. 14,000 sqm GFA and are part of the larger retail park WOOON, consisting of 30 residential stores of approx. 40,000 sqm in total, along the A4 motorway. The stores sold by Unifore are fully let to 6 large retailers and the sales price was € 5.5 million.
