Unifore sells Riverside building #3 to Rivium Real Estate B.V.

In 2019 Unifore sold building #4 of the four characteristic buildings named Riverside Offices, next to river Maas. Now, on December 31, 2020, building #3 has been sold to the same Dutch developer, Rivium Real Estate B.V.,as building #4. The building of approx. 7,023 m² l.f.a. and 108 parking spaces has been sold for approx. € 7 mio. 

The municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel is investing heavily in the Rivium area. With the developments on the Schaardijk where the self-driving park shuttle stop has been developed, a stop for the Dordrecht – Rotterdam water bus will be established in a few months, an electric bicycle (Go-Bike) location will arrive and a park + ride facility is realized, this area is very much on the rise.
