Unifore successfully acquires Dutch office complex in Tilburg

Unifore Real Estate is pleased to announce that, on behalf of one of its funds, it has successfully completed the acquisition of an office complex of approx. 16,000 sq.m. with 340 parking spaces at the Spoorlaan 177-181 in Tilburg (#6 city in NL). The complex is fully let to two tenants: the municipality of Tilburg and the Environment Agency of Central and West-Brabant. Financial details are not disclosed.

The complex is located in the city center, right next to the Central Station, in the heart of the dynamic Spoorzone. The Spoorzone is an area of approx. 75 hectares that has been largely redeveloped since 2011. Until 2011, the main workshop of the Dutch Railways was established here. As from the moment the workshop was closed, the area has been developed into a vibrant urban area in which housing, offices, leisure, entertainment facilities and a new library are planned, and partly already established.
