Hans Kool Partner/CFO

Hans has 15 years of experience in real estate investment management and real estate finance. He started at Bouwfonds HQ in 2004 as a risk management specialist. In 2006 he became risk manager at Bouwfonds Investment Management and joined the loan fund team in 2010. He has been involved in over €1.5 bn of real estate (re)financing or real estate acquisitions.

Hans has broad experience in risk management, loan origination and servicing, modelling and real estate (finance) analysis.

He holds a master degree in Corporate Finance from the Radboud University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands, a master degree in Investment Management and a post-graduate Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) from the VU Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
